Jennifer Hughes concentrates her practice in the area of mortgage foreclosure law, creditor’s rights, commercial litigation and collection. Her past experience includes residential real estate law, landlord-tenant law, contract disputes and civil litigation. Jennifer has experience in all stages of litigation and has also negotiated numerous successful settlement agreements through arbitration, mediation and other dispute resolution means. While in law school, Jennifer worked as a clerk for a law firm specializing in insurance defense and was an editor of The John Marshall Law School’s Review of Intellectual Property Law journal. Jennifer is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and is active with the Alliance for Women.
