Robert M. “Bob” Gomberg concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate transactions of every size from large commercial, office building and industrial sales and purchases to individual residential real sales and purchase. Bob also has an extensive landlord and tenant leasing practice. In addition to transactions, Bob also represents banks, lenders and other creditors in foreclosures, mechanic’s liens, building court, municipal administrative hearings and general commercial litigation. He also represents real estate investors and developers in loan work outs, lease negotiations, evictions and building code violations.

Bob was appointed as the small firm liaison to the Chancery Division, Mortgage Foreclosure Case Management Advisory Group for Small Firms by Circuit Court Judge Dorothy Kinnaird in 2009.
